  1. Lie face down on a mat with the legs straight.
  2. Hold a towel taut between your hands extended overhead.
  3. Lift the chest, arms, and legs off the floor into a superman.
  4. Brace your core and squeeze the glutes.
  5. Pull the towel apart while pulling the elbows back.
  6. Squeeze the upper back hard at the top.
  7. Hold the squeeze briefly.
  8. Release the pull and lower back down with control.
