  1. Anchor a resistance band overhead.
  2. Kneel directly under the anchor.
  3. Grab one handle of the band overhead with one hand.
  4. Sit your hips back to add tension to the band.
  5. Brace your core and keep your chest up.
  6. Pull the handle down toward your hip by driving the elbow down.
  7. Squeeze the lat hard at the bottom.
  8. Return slowly to the start. Complete reps on one side before switching.
