Dumbbell Preacher Curl Over Exercise Ball Instructions

  1. Kneel on the floor behind a stability ball.
  2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with palms facing up (underhand grip).
  3. Drape your upper arms over the top of the ball.
  4. Allow your arms to extend down with elbows fixed against the ball.
  5. Brace your core and lean forward into the ball.
  6. Curl both dumbbells up by bending only at the elbows.
  7. Squeeze the biceps hard at the top of the curl.
  8. Lower the dumbbells back down with control to a full stretch.
