- Kneel on the floor behind a stability ball.
- Hold a dumbbell in each hand with palms facing up (underhand grip).
- Drape your upper arms over the top of the ball.
- Allow your arms to extend down with elbows fixed against the ball.
- Brace your core and lean forward into the ball.
- Curl both dumbbells up by bending only at the elbows.
- Squeeze the biceps hard at the top of the curl.
- Lower the dumbbells back down with control to a full stretch.
