  1. Wrap a bed sheet around a sturdy door handle or fixed anchor at hip height.
  2. Grip both ends of the sheet with both hands.
  3. Step back to take tension on the sheet.
  4. Set the elbows tight against the sides.
  5. Brace your core and keep the chest tall.
  6. Curl the hands up toward the shoulders pulling against the sheet.
  7. Apply self-resistance with the sheet to load the biceps.
  8. Lower with control to the start.
