- Sit on a stability ball and walk your feet forward until your upper back is on the ball.
- Lift your hips so your body forms a flat tabletop.
- Hold a dumbbell with both hands stacked over your chest.
- Keep your arms long with a slight bend in the elbows.
- Lower the dumbbell back behind your head.
- Stop when you feel a deep stretch in the lats and chest.
- Pull the dumbbell back over your chest using the lats and chest.
- Keep your hips lifted throughout the set.
