Dumbbell One Leg Fly on Exercise Ball Instructions

  1. Sit on a stability ball and walk the feet out so the upper back rests on the ball.
  2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand and press them up over the chest.
  3. Lift one foot off the floor.
  4. Brace your core hard and keep the hips lifted.
  5. Lower the dumbbells out wide to the sides in a fly arc.
  6. Continue until the upper arms are parallel to the floor.
  7. Squeeze the chest to bring the dumbbells back over the chest.
  8. Switch legs between sets.
