- Sit on a stability ball and walk the feet out so the upper back rests on the ball.
- Hold a dumbbell vertically with both hands cupped under the top plate.
- Press the dumbbell up over the chest.
- Brace your core and keep the hips lifted.
- Lower the dumbbell back overhead with elbows slightly bent.
- Continue lowering until the upper arms are alongside the head.
- Pull the dumbbell back over the chest using the lats.
- Squeeze the lats at the top before the next rep.
