Dumbbell Lying Pullover on Exercise Ball Instructions

  1. Sit on a stability ball and walk the feet out so the upper back rests on the ball.
  2. Hold a dumbbell vertically with both hands cupped under the top plate.
  3. Press the dumbbell up over the chest.
  4. Brace your core and keep the hips lifted.
  5. Lower the dumbbell back overhead with elbows slightly bent.
  6. Continue lowering until the upper arms are alongside the head.
  7. Pull the dumbbell back over the chest using the lats.
  8. Squeeze the lats at the top before the next rep.
