Weighted One Hand Pull Up Instructions

  1. Add weight to a dip belt or wear a weighted vest.
  2. Grip a pull up bar with one hand only.
  3. Hang from the bar with the arm fully extended.
  4. Brace your core and keep the body steady.
  5. Pull the chin up over the bar by bending the elbow.
  6. Squeeze the lat and bicep hard at the top.
  7. Lower back down with control to a full hang.
  8. Complete reps and switch hands.
