Cable Seated Overhead Curl

Cable Seated Overhead Curl

Description

The cable seated overhead curl uses a high cable pulley with a single handle. Sitting facing the cable with the arm extended overhead, you curl the handle toward your head. The overhead position fully shortens the biceps at the top, hitting the bicep peak with maximum contraction.
