Cable Seated One Arm Concentration Curl Instructions

  1. Sit on a bench in front of a low cable pulley.
  2. Attach a single D-handle to the cable.
  3. Spread your knees and lean slightly forward.
  4. Hold the handle in one hand with palm up.
  5. Brace the back of your upper arm against the inside of your thigh.
  6. Curl the handle up toward your shoulder.
  7. Squeeze the biceps hard at the top.
  8. Lower the handle slowly to the start. Complete reps on one side before switching.
