  1. Set a cable to the lowest setting with a single handle.
  2. Sit on the floor in front of the cable stack.
  3. Set the feet wide and bend the knees out.
  4. Grip the handle with one hand and brace the elbow on the inner thigh.
  5. Brace your core and lean slightly forward.
  6. Curl the handle up toward the shoulder.
  7. Squeeze the bicep hard at the top.
  8. Lower back down with control. Complete reps and switch sides.
