Dumbbell One Arm Triceps Extension on Stability Ball Instructions

  1. Sit on a stability ball with a dumbbell in one hand.
  2. Walk the feet out and bridge the upper back onto the ball.
  3. Press the hips up so the torso is parallel to the floor.
  4. Hold the dumbbell over the chest with the working arm extended.
  5. Brace the core and keep the elbow pointing up.
  6. Lower the dumbbell back behind the head by bending the elbow.
  7. Press the dumbbell back up by extending the elbow.
  8. Continue for all reps then switch sides.
