  1. Sit on the floor in front of a sturdy chair.
  2. Place the hands on the seat behind you.
  3. Extend the legs out in front and lift the hips off the floor.
  4. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  5. Lower the hips down by bending the elbows.
  6. Stop when the elbows reach about ninety degrees.
  7. Press through the palms to lock the elbows.
  8. Continue for the working set.
