Cable Low Chest Press
Description
The cable low chest press uses cables anchored at low positions, pressing up and forward in a decline-press-like path. The angle targets the lower pec fibers while the cables provide constant tension throughout the range. It is a strong substitute for a decline press without a decline bench.
