Description
The band low alternate chest press is performed with the band anchored low behind you while pressing one handle at a time upward and across the body. The upward press angle targets the lower chest. Alternating arms allows you to focus on each side and improves stability.

Band Low Alternate Chest Press Instructions
- Anchor a resistance band low behind you.
- Stand facing away from the anchor with a handle in each hand.
- Hold the handles at your sides at chest level.
- Step forward to add tension to the band.
- Brace your core and keep your chest up.
- Press one handle up and across your body to chest height in front.
- Squeeze the chest at the end of the press.
- Return slowly and alternate sides.
