Band Standing Incline Chest Press
Description
The band standing incline chest press anchors a band low behind you and presses both handles upward at roughly a 45-degree angle. The upward press angle mimics an incline bench press and targets the clavicular (upper) chest fibers. It is a great home alternative to incline pressing.
