Band Low Chest Press

Band Low Chest Press

Description

The band low chest press uses resistance bands anchored at a low point. Pressing the bands up and forward in a decline-press-like path targets the lower pec fibers. The constant band tension and decline angle make it a strong lower chest builder for home training.
