Description
The band low chest press uses resistance bands anchored at a low point. Pressing the bands up and forward in a decline-press-like path targets the lower pec fibers. The constant band tension and decline angle make it a strong lower chest builder for home training.

Band Low Chest Press Instructions
- Anchor resistance bands at a low point on each side.
- Stand facing away from the anchors with a band end in each hand.
- Hold the bands at hip level with arms back behind your body.
- Step forward to create band tension.
- Brace your core and pull your shoulders back.
- Press both bands up and forward at an upward angle until your arms meet at chest level.
- Squeeze your chest at the top with arms extended.
- Slowly return to the starting position with control.
