Bar Band Kneeling Incline Press Instructions

  1. Loop a resistance band around the bar and anchor both ends.
  2. Drop into a tall kneeling position on a pad if needed.
  3. Hold the barbell at chest height in a press start position.
  4. Brace the core and lock the rib cage down.
  5. Press the bar up and slightly forward in an incline arc.
  6. The bands add tension as the bar rises higher.
  7. Lock out the elbows fully overhead.
  8. Lower the bar back to the chest with control and repeat.
