- Anchor a resistance band at chest height behind you.
- Grip the handle with one hand and step forward.
- Set the staggered stance for stability.
- Bring the handle to the chest with elbow back.
- Brace your core and set the hips facing forward.
- Press the handle forward while rotating the torso.
- Squeeze the chest and obliques at full extension.
- Pull back to the start with control. Complete reps and switch sides.
