  1. Anchor a resistance band at chest height behind you.
  2. Grip the handle with one hand and step forward.
  3. Set the staggered stance for stability.
  4. Bring the handle to the chest with elbow back.
  5. Brace your core and set the hips facing forward.
  6. Press the handle forward while rotating the torso.
  7. Squeeze the chest and obliques at full extension.
  8. Pull back to the start with control. Complete reps and switch sides.
