Suspender Twisting Jack Knife
Description
The suspender twisting jack knife is a TRX core move that adds rotation to the standard knee tuck. The lifter pulls the knees in toward one shoulder, then alternates sides. It builds the obliques and rotational core strength.
Equipment Required
TRX Twisting Jack Knife Instructions
- Set the suspension trainer at hip height.
- Place the feet in the straps with the soles up.
- Set up in a high plank with hands under the shoulders.
- Brace your core and keep the back flat.
- Pull the knees forward and toward one shoulder.
- Twist the hips at the top.
- Extend the legs back to the start.
- Repeat to the other side.
