Twist Superman

Twist Superman

Description

The twist Superman adds a rotational twist to the standard Superman exercise. From a lying face-down position, you lift the chest and legs into a Superman, then twist the torso to one side at the top. The rotation adds oblique and erector spinae work to the standard back extension.
