Bar Band Lying Alternate Leg Press Instructions

  1. Loop a band around the bar and anchor both ends overhead.
  2. Lie on your back under the bar with the bar against your feet.
  3. Bend both knees and place both feet on the bar.
  4. Brace the core and press the bar up with both legs to start.
  5. Lower one foot back toward the chest while the other holds.
  6. Press the working leg back up against the band tension.
  7. Switch and lower the other foot toward the chest.
  8. Continue alternating leg presses for the full set.
