Bar Band Skier Instructions

  1. Stand holding a barbell with bands attached for resistance.
  2. Set the feet together facing forward.
  3. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  4. Bend the knees slightly and load the legs.
  5. Jump explosively to one side.
  6. Land soft with the feet together.
  7. Jump back to the other side.
  8. Continue alternating sides at a fast pace.
