  1. Anchor a resistance band under one foot.
  2. Grip the band handle with one hand.
  3. Bring the hand up so the elbow is by the ear.
  4. Brace your core and keep the back straight.
  5. Extend the arm fully overhead.
  6. Squeeze the tricep hard at the top.
  7. Lower the hand behind the head with control.
  8. Finish all reps then switch sides.
