  1. Set both cables on a crossover to low positions with single handles.
  2. Stand in the center facing away from the cables.
  3. Grip a handle in each hand and bring them up behind the head.
  4. Step forward to take tension on both cables.
  5. Brace your core and keep the chest tall.
  6. Keep the upper arms vertical pointing at the ceiling.
  7. Extend both elbows pressing the handles up overhead.
  8. Lower the handles back down with control.
