  1. Set a cable pulley to the highest setting and attach a single handle.
  2. Face away from the cable and grab the handle with one hand.
  3. Step forward and bring the elbow up next to the head.
  4. Plant the feet in a split stance for stability.
  5. Brace the core and keep the elbow pointing forward.
  6. Extend the elbow by pressing the hand up overhead.
  7. Squeeze the triceps at the top.
  8. Lower with control and repeat for all reps then switch sides.
