3 Leg Chaturanga Pose Instructions

  1. Begin in a high plank position.
  2. Set the body in a straight line from head to heels.
  3. Bend the elbows to lower the body to a low push up.
  4. Stop with the elbows at 90 degrees and upper arms parallel.
  5. Brace your core and keep the body steady.
  6. Lift one leg off the floor extending it straight back.
  7. Hold the three leg chaturanga position with steady breath.
  8. Lower the leg. Switch legs and repeat.
