  1. Loop a resistance band over a bar at low height.
  2. Stand facing away from the bar with the arms held overhead.
  3. Grab the band with both hands behind the head.
  4. Brace the core and keep the chest up.
  5. Set the elbows pointing forward and tucked.
  6. Press the hands overhead by extending the elbows.
  7. Squeeze the triceps hard at lockout.
  8. Lower with control to the start.
