  1. Loop a resistance band over a high bar.
  2. Stand facing the bar.
  3. Grab the band with both hands at chest height.
  4. Tuck the elbows close to the sides.
  5. Brace the core and keep the chest up.
  6. Press the hands down by extending the elbows.
  7. Squeeze the triceps hard at full extension.
  8. Return with control and continue for the working set.
