Band Side Triceps Extension
Description
The band side triceps extension performs tricep extensions with the arm reaching out to the side using a band anchored at the same side. The lateral path of the extension targets the lateral head of the triceps differently than overhead or pulldown extensions. It is a strong choice for tricep variation.
