  1. Anchor a resistance band overhead.
  2. Stand under the band facing away.
  3. Place the band over the hands and behind the elbows.
  4. Bring the elbows up to the front rack position.
  5. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  6. Let the band assist in pulling the elbows higher.
  7. Hold the deepened front rack stretch.
  8. Release with control.
