- Set the cable to a low position with a single handle.
- Stand facing away from the cable stack.
- Grip the handle in one hand and bring it up behind the head.
- Step forward to take tension on the cable.
- Brace your core and keep the chest tall.
- Keep the upper arm vertical pointing at the ceiling.
- Extend the elbow pressing the handle up overhead.
- Lower back behind the head with control. Complete reps and switch sides.
