  1. Set the cable to a low position with a single handle.
  2. Stand facing away from the cable stack.
  3. Grip the handle in one hand and bring it up behind the head.
  4. Step forward to take tension on the cable.
  5. Brace your core and keep the chest tall.
  6. Keep the upper arm vertical pointing at the ceiling.
  7. Extend the elbow pressing the handle up overhead.
  8. Lower back behind the head with control. Complete reps and switch sides.
