Cable One Arm Fly on Ball Instructions

  1. Set a cable to chest height with a single handle attached.
  2. Lie face up on a stability ball with upper back supported.
  3. Plant the feet flat and lift the hips.
  4. Grip the handle with one hand at chest height.
  5. Brace your core and keep the body straight.
  6. Press the handle out and across the body in a fly arc.
  7. Squeeze the chest hard at the top.
  8. Return with control. Finish all reps then switch sides.
