- Set a cable to chest height with a single handle attached.
- Lie face up on a stability ball with upper back supported.
- Plant the feet flat and lift the hips.
- Grip the handle with one hand at chest height.
- Brace your core and keep the body straight.
- Press the handle out and across the body in a fly arc.
- Squeeze the chest hard at the top.
- Return with control. Finish all reps then switch sides.
