Lever Banded Chest Press

Description

The lever banded chest press adds resistance bands to a plate-loaded chest press machine. The bands attach to the machine and the lifter, increasing resistance as the press extends. The accommodating resistance overloads the lockout and forces stronger pressing power, popular in strength training programs.
