Kettlebell Standing One Arm Extension Instructions
- Stand tall holding a kettlebell in one hand at the shoulder.
- Press the kettlebell straight overhead to lockout.
- Pin the upper arm close to your ear.
- Brace your core and keep your back upright.
- Lower the kettlebell behind your head by bending the elbow only.
- Stop when you feel a deep stretch in the triceps.
- Press the kettlebell back up to overhead lockout.
- Complete reps and switch arms.
