Dumbbell Standing One Arm Extension Instructions

  1. Stand tall with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Hold a single dumbbell in your right hand pressed overhead.
  3. Position the dumbbell directly overhead with arm fully extended.
  4. Place your left hand on your hip or at your side.
  5. Brace your core and pull your shoulders back.
  6. Bend your right elbow to lower the dumbbell behind your head.
  7. Continue until you feel a strong stretch in the tricep.
  8. Press the dumbbell back overhead by extending the elbow. Switch arms.
