  1. Set a cable handle at low height.
  2. Sit on a stability ball with feet flat on the floor.
  3. Walk the feet out and bridge the upper back onto the ball.
  4. Grab the handle with one arm extended out to the side.
  5. Brace the core and keep the hips lifted.
  6. Pull the handle up and across the body in a fly arc.
  7. Squeeze the chest at the top centerline.
  8. Return with control and continue for all reps then switch.
