  1. Lie on the back with the knees bent and feet flat.
  2. Place a foam roller under the upper back at an angle.
  3. Brace the core and lift the hips slightly.
  4. Reach one arm straight overhead along the floor.
  5. Allow the shoulder blade to slide across the roller.
  6. Hold the reached position briefly.
  7. Return the arm to the side.
  8. Continue for all reps then switch sides.
