- Lie on the back with the knees bent and feet flat.
- Place a foam roller under the upper back at an angle.
- Brace the core and lift the hips slightly.
- Reach one arm straight overhead along the floor.
- Allow the shoulder blade to slide across the roller.
- Hold the reached position briefly.
- Return the arm to the side.
- Continue for all reps then switch sides.
