Smith Bent Over Narrow Supinated Grip Row Instructions

  1. Set the Smith machine bar at about knee height.
  2. Stand close to the bar with feet hip width apart.
  3. Grip the bar with a close underhand grip.
  4. Unrack the bar and step back slightly.
  5. Hinge at the hips with a flat back and the chest tall.
  6. Pull the bar up to your lower abdomen by driving the elbows back.
  7. Squeeze the lats and biceps at the top.
  8. Lower the bar slowly back to full arm extension and repeat.
