  1. Stand tall with feet hip width apart.
  2. Reach the arms straight up overhead.
  3. Interlace the fingers and turn the palms up.
  4. Brace your core lightly.
  5. Press the hands up reaching tall through the spine.
  6. Slowly arch the upper back gently backward.
  7. Hold the stretch with steady breath.
  8. Slowly return to neutral and lower the arms.
