Smith Reverse Grip Bent Over Row Instructions

  1. Set up a smith machine bar at knee height.
  2. Stand facing the bar with feet shoulder width apart.
  3. Grip the bar with an underhand reverse grip at shoulder width.
  4. Unrack the bar and step back.
  5. Hinge forward at the hips with a flat back.
  6. Brace your core and let the bar hang at arms length.
  7. Pull the bar up to the belly button by driving the elbows back.
  8. Squeeze the lats hard. Lower with control.
