- Stand tall holding a medicine ball with both hands at the hips.
- Brace your core and set the feet hip width.
- Step forward with one leg into a long lunge.
- Lower until the back knee nearly touches the floor.
- At the same time curl the medicine ball up to the chest.
- Squeeze the biceps at the top of the curl.
- Push back through the front heel to standing while lowering the ball.
- Alternate legs each rep.
