- Place two sturdy chairs facing each other a few feet apart.
- Lay a strong stick or pole across the chair seats.
- Make sure the setup is stable before getting under it.
- Slide under the bar and grip it with hands shoulder-width apart.
- Walk your feet out so the body hangs from the bar.
- Brace your core and keep the body straight.
- Pull your chest toward the bar by bending the elbows.
- Lower with control to the start. Make sure the chairs do not move.
