  1. Lie on your back on the floor.
  2. Hold a towel with one hand at each end.
  3. Set one arm straight at the side and the other bent at the chest.
  4. Brace your core and keep the back flat.
  5. Curl the working arm up squeezing the bicep.
  6. Resist the curl with the other arm pulling against it.
  7. Squeeze the bicep hard at the top.
  8. Lower with control. Switch arms each set.
