  1. Lie flat on your back on the floor with knees bent.
  2. Loop a towel under both feet with each end held in your hands.
  3. Set the elbows close to the body with palms facing up.
  4. Press both legs gently against the towel to create tension.
  5. Curl your hands up toward the shoulders by bending the elbows.
  6. Increase or decrease leg pressure to control the load.
