Band Seated Straight Back Row

Band Seated Straight Back Row

Description

The band seated straight back row is the band version of a seated cable row. The legs extend in front with a band looped around the feet, and the handles row back to the ribs with a tall, straight torso. The seated setup forces strict back work and is a great home row option.
