  1. Hold a weight in each hand at the sides.
  2. Stand with the feet hip width apart.
  3. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  4. Squeeze the weights hard with the hands.
  5. Hold the squeeze briefly.
  6. Release and let the grip relax slightly.
  7. Squeeze hard again.
  8. Continue squeezing for the working set.
