  1. Hold a filled water bottle with both hands overhead.
  2. Stand with the feet hip width apart.
  3. Bring the elbows alongside the head.
  4. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  5. Lower the bottle behind the head by bending the elbows.
  6. Keep the elbows pointed up and tight.
  7. Extend the arms to press the bottle back overhead.
  8. Squeeze the triceps hard at the top.
