Kettlebell One Arm Military Press to the Side Instructions

  1. Stand tall with feet hip width apart and a kettlebell in the rack position on one side.
  2. Brace the core and keep the chest tall.
  3. Press the kettlebell out to the side at a slight upward angle.
  4. Aim for the arm to finish at about 45 degrees up and to the side.
  5. Keep the wrist neutral and the bell stable through the press.
  6. Pause briefly at full extension.
  7. Lower the kettlebell back to the rack with full control.
  8. Complete all reps on one side then switch arms.
