Barbell Close Grip Larsen Press

Barbell Close Grip Larsen Press

Description

The barbell close grip Larsen press, named after Norwegian powerlifter Marte Elverum Larsen, is a close grip bench press performed with feet up on the bench rather than planted on the floor. The lifted feet remove leg drive entirely, forcing the chest, triceps, and core to do all the work. The close grip emphasizes the triceps.
